Return & Refund Policy

At The Castle Inn we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. To ensure a seamless experience, our refund and return policy is set out below. Please review the terms carefully and contact our front desk with any questions.

1. Cancellation policy

• Flexible rate bookings: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are charged one night.
• Non-refundable rate bookings: bookings made under this rate are not eligible for a refund, whenever they are cancelled.
• Group bookings (5 rooms or more): a full refund requires 14 days' notice. Cancellations within this period are charged 50% of the total booking amount.

2. Early departure

Guests who leave before their scheduled check-out date are charged 50% of the remaining nights.

3. No-show

If a guest does not check in on the arrival date and has not cancelled, the reservation is charged in full and is non-refundable.

4. Refund process

• Method: eligible refunds are made to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Processing time: refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. If you have not received yours by then, please contact us.
• Bank charges: The Castle Inn is not responsible for charges or fees applied by your bank, including currency exchange fees.

5. Reservation changes

Date changes are subject to availability and may change the rate. Changes requested within 48 hours of check-in incur a one-night modification fee.

6. Force majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, The Castle Inn will work to reschedule or refund affected bookings where possible.
